C-CAB’s Climate Action program supports communities on the frontlines of climate change—where the impacts are immediate, and resilience is essential. We work collaboratively with local stakeholders to build adaptive capacity, promote sustainable livelihoods, and empower people with the information and tools needed to withstand and respond to a warming planet.

From the riverine islands (Chars) to the Bay of Bengal coast, we focus on livelihood diversification, environmentally responsible farming, and energy practices. In parallel, we train journalists and media outlets to elevate climate reporting, raise awareness, and bring underrepresented environmental issues to the national stage.
